More Information

The clubhouse is one of the nicest in Winter Park and is only 100' away from the condo. It has a laundry, 2 racquetball courts, 4 tennis courts, 2 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor pool (open year 'round). There is also a steam room, weights and cardio-vascular equipment.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. Pole Creek Golf Course is a 10 minute drive from the condo. It is rated one of the best courses in Colorado and in the top 50 for the United States.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). The Winter Park Ski area is about a 15 minute drive from the condo. The free shuttle bus, which stops right in front of the condo, can take you to the ski area, or into town.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area, or into Winter Park or Fraser. It stops in front of the condo. It is about a 15 minute walk into town from the condo.
• It is about a 15 minute walk to the scenic Fraser River. It is about a 30 minute drive to Lake Grandby, one of Colorado's largest lakes (boating and fishing available) and about a 45 minute drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Prefer personal, checks but PayPal is fine, too.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
