The clubhouse has just been re-modeled (making it one of the nicest in Winter Park) and is only 100' away from the condo. It has a laundry, 2 racquetball courts, 4 tennis courts, 2 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor pool. There is also a steam room, weights and cardio-vascular equipment.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). The Winter Park Ski area is about a 15 minute drive from the condo. The free shuttle bus, which stops right in front of the condo, can take you to the ski area, or into town.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area, or into Winter Park or Fraser. It stops in front of the condo. It is about a 15 minute walk into town from the condo.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
