• The unit is about an hour an a half away from the nearest airport and about 15 minutes away from Amtrack.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). You can drive to one of four great golf courses in less than 45 minutes; the closest and the best is only 15 minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). The shuttle picks up less than 20 yards from the front door of the complex and takes you to the lifts in less than 15 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can walk downtown in about 10-15 minutes, drive in about 5 or take the shuttle for 7-10 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
