1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2), 2 Single/Twin Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2), 2 Single/Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single/Twin Trundle Beds (sleeps 2). Loft/Bunkroom over garage sleeps a total of 8 (but 6 bunks/trundles would be most comfortable for kids). This fun room has a foosball table, TV, and many other games and books, making it a great hangout for the younger crowd.
1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). This is an open room with big screen TV, deck access, and 2 sided gas fireplace. The fold-out ultra suede couch is perfect for overflow guests.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

• DIA is only 70 miles, and Home James Transportation offers door to door service. The Ski Train and others come right to Winter Park Resort and Fraser!
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Many great golf courses within 10 minutes (or drive 35 minutes to Grand Lake)!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). A free shuttle runs from Winter Park resort to the Alco Parking Lot (just 4 miles away). Lots of free parking (with shuttle access) at Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Sol Vista.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Many fine restaurants and shopping activities are less than 10 miles.
• Lake Grandby and Grand Lake are about 1/2 hour by car!
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
