    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). 10 minute drive to grocery stores, shopping, etc.
    • Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservior, and Grand Lake are all within a 30 minute drive from the house
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
