    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    We will provide a full refund if the cancellation notice is received at least 45 days before arrival, less a $100 handling fee. If notice is received within 45 days of your arrival, you will forfeit any paid balances unless we re-rent the unit (less $100 handling fee).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
