Queen Inflatable Air Bed is available by special request.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

Floor to ceiling windows in the living area offer stunning views of the Winter Park Mary Jane ski slopes. Watch the kids ski down the slopes from the comfort of the leather couch or sit in the hot tub on the south (ski slope facing) deck and watch the alpenglow. Listen to the Fraser River as it flows past the west side deck. Moose are occasionally seen in the willow thickets along the Fraser.

• Denver International Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. From DIA, Take I-70 west to Exit 232. Then take Hwy 40 up over Berthoud Pass and into Winter Park.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

There will be a 5% surcharge on all US credit card charges. At the time of booking, there is a $500 refundable security/damage deposit due, along with 50% of the rental fees, including 8.9% taxes & $200 cleaning fee. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the final balance is not received 30 days prior to arrival, your reservation may be cancelled.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
