Floor to ceiling windows in the living area offer stunning views of the Winter Park Mary Jane ski slopes. Watch the kids ski down the slopes from the comfort of the leather couch or sit in the hot tub on the south (ski slope facing) deck and watch the alpenglow. Listen to the Fraser River as it flows past the west side deck. Moose are occasionally seen in the willow thickets along the Fraser.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque There will be a 5% surcharge on all US credit card charges. At the time of booking, there is a $500 refundable security/damage deposit due, along with 50% of the rental fees, including 8.9% taxes & $200 cleaning fee. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the final balance is not received 30 days prior to arrival, your reservation may be cancelled. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
