Gorgeous granite kitchen with all its amenities, even a coffee grinder for that special coffee you don't get at home while relaxing on vacation in front of the fireplace. The breakfast bar has 6 bar stools.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). New dark wood carved furniture, 2 night stands with moose lamps, a dresser loaded with drawers and a matching dresser with interior television and more drawers. Big master bedroom closet with another walk in closet in private master bath. carpeted with heated floors. Master looks out onto the hill, deers passing at times.

Bedroom

2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). With its own bathroom, closet and shelving for clothes.

1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). We call this the cowboy room. Comfy bed set along with red headboard and dressers , a color TV and full closet.

Bedroom

1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). Nice room with new furnishings, a game table and dresser with TV. French doors and glass windows to living room close up with blinds for privacy.

Living Room

1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2). All new furniture including this pull out couch in front of the fireplace in the living room.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

The pictures tell it all. The wall to wall windows take in the runs of Winter Parks Ski Resort and the layered mountains full of tall trees. Off the porch is the in ground concrete hot tub. The complex is gorgeous!

• Denver Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Either rent a car or call Home James Transportation at http://www.ridehj.com. Its a gorgeous drive!
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Shuttle. The shuttle is right at the entrance of the Trademark complex. We are the first stop to the ski resort and you can catch it into town to shop also, about 2 miles.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Why drive to the resort when you can leave your car in the heated garage and hop the shuttle! Were the first stop either way.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). We are located in Old Town Winter Park, which is closer to the Winter Park Ski Resort than downtown Winter Park. There is a back road to take when returning from downtown, 5 minutes drive.
• Lake is located within a 25 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Lake Grandby is a scenic drive north up US 40. The Fraser River does run through our complex. Grand Lake is nice to rent a boat, or fish.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Were easy to work with and if we can rent we will refund all accepted payments

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of contact property management.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
