Ultra Luxurious Lakeside Villa With Private Boat Moorage

Beautiful gated lakeside villa with private beach and your own boat slip on a secure private dock. The villa features all the luxuries of home. Sunny patio with an extra large BBQ and plenty of seating! Granite counters, a gas fireplace, central a/c, hot water on demand and leather furniture.

The three bedrooms have hotel grade mattresses, two Kings and two extra long bunks (will fit adults), as well as a queen size hide-a-bed. This property can sleep up to twelve quite comfortably. The master bedroom has a fantastic en suite with a steam shower, double sink, walk in closet and a large jetted tub. There is also a large oversized two car garage, Sub Zero fridge, Wolf Gas range, two TV's and much more.

Just 10minutes from Kelowna airport and 20 minutes to down town Kelowna, Wood Lake offers great fishing and water skiing. It has direct access to Kalamalka Lake and you can boat all the way to Vernon. It also has a private marina with gas, tackle and the Turtle bay pub for great food and cold beer.

The Okanagan Valley offers so much and our villa is situated in just the right spot for you and your family and friends to have a great vacation.
