Airport
The Kelowna International Airport airport is about a 15 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Shopping and Dining
There is a great Greek Restaurant and a lakeside Pub within a 10 minute walk. A 5 minute drive to the south takes you to the town of Winfield, which has two grocery stores, liquor stores, a Pharmacy, Bank, Library etc. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gray Monk Winery, for wine tours. The City of Kelowna, which has malls, specialty stores and restaurants is about a 20 minute drive. To the north about 20 minutes drive is the town of Vernon.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 2 minute walk from the property. Located just down the road from Turtle Bay Marina which provides boat rental during the summer months.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required.
