• Kelowna International Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a great Greek Restaurant and a lakeside Pub within a 10 minute walk. A 5 minute drive to the south takes you to the town of Winfield, which has two grocery stores, liquor stores, a Pharmacy, Bank, Library etc. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gray Monk Winery, for wine tours. The City of Kelowna, which has malls, specialty stores and restaurants is about a 20 minute drive. To the north about 20 minutes drive is the town of Vernon.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Located just down the road from Turtle Bay Marina which provides boat rental during the summer months.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 10 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
