• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). Big White ski resort is an hour drive from the condo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 4 minute(s). The Greek House Restaurant is just a couple of minutes from the condo, it is famous in the Okanagan. The community of Winfield has shopping just minutes away.
• Lake is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Boat moorage will have to be arranged , there is no dock for the condo. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Okanagan Lake, 20 minutes, Scandia (for the kids) 10 minutes away. Many golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
