Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
