• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are plenty of golf courses in the area to enjoy.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Big White and Silver Star ski resorts are all within an hr drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). All amenities are within a walk or short drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The unit is a lakefront property there is no property between the unit and the water. A new 110 foot dock has been built and it is available for guests to use.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20$per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
