Waterfront beach house with unobstructed lake view up the length of Wood Lake. Wood Lake has direct access to Kalamalka Lake (within minutes).

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 20 minutes to five World Class golf resorts (Predator Ridge, Quail & the Bear, Gallagher's Canyon and The Harvest)
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Also, the house is ten minutes from the Kelowna Airport.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Turtle Bay Pub is within walking distance, as is a variety of stores and restaurants.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The house is on the lakefront. It is only a few steps to the water. There is a boat launch located next to the house. NEW FOR 2004 - the home now features a private dock as well as moorings

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Diners Club
All payments are forfeited if the unit is not re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50 will apply. A fee of $10/pet/day (Max $300/stay) will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
