    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 30 min (approximately) access by car to 4 excellent golf courses including Okanagan Resort (The Quail and The Bear), Predator Ridge Harvest Golf Club and Gallagher's Canyon.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Less than one hour drive to Silver Star and just over one hour drive to Big White.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small town (Winfield) located by the complex. Winfield contains many amenities like grocery stores, library with internet access, fast food outlets, pubs, video rental, restaurants, and drop-in medical. Kelowna is approximately 20 min drive for more amenities.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The only thing between you and the lake is grass and a beach. Wood Lake is directly connected to Kalamalka Lake by a canal. There is a dock but no moorage available. There are areas adjacent to the complex where boats can be put into the water and anchored but no designated buoys.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
