Beautifully designed with custom black/green granite counters and island, tumbled marble backsplash with hand cut Fraser River pebble inlays, island with seating for 6, and a plasma TV in the nearby livingroom that rotates out from the wall to face the kitchen. The luxurious kitchen has Butternut Maple cabinets w/lighting, and stainless steel appliances. There is a salad spinner, coffee grinder, measuring spoons, garlic press,french press coffee maker, and wine glasses for both red and white wine. Wood Lake and the mountains beyond are visible from the kitchen. The powder room next to it has speakers connected to the livingroom sound system. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, and has a bench and 4 upholstered chairs.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This room is nothing short of spectacular. We spent an inordinate amount of time designing every aspect of this room to be its own private ultra luxury get away from the rest of the villa. When you see it, we are sure you will agree. The views are breath taking. Antique stone fireplace, matching antique canopy bed, 42" plasma TV, theater sound, private balcony, and more. Jacuzzi bath ensuite with dual shower, Italian stone work, sound system and more. His and hers closet for storage. There is a daybed by the window to enjoy the wonderful view. There is a door to access the balcony which is shared with the second bedroom.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). WOW is all you will say about this beautiful bedroom. Bathroom for this bedroom is right next to the room, and has a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, dual showers, and sound system. Stunning views of the lake and the mountains. The bed is a top quality plush queen mattress with a wonderful cozy down duvet. You have a small balcony attached to this bedroom (also accessed by the Master) where you can sit in private enjoying a glass of wine. You have the ability to play your own Cd's from the master entertainment system and control the volume in your room. With very high end speakers the sound quality is superb. There is a closet in the room, and two bedside lamps.

Bedroom

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Everyone will feel relaxed and cozy in this bedroom. You have you very own 27" TV with a separate DVD player and VCR. There is a beautiful bunk bed with double and twin mattresses. The room is decorated in a blue theme, and there is a large closet with storage drawers and hangers.

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Everyone will feel relaxed and cozy in this bedroom. You have you very own 27" TV with a separate DVD player and VCR. There is a beautiful bunk bed with double and twin mattresses. There is also a stand alone twin mattress bed. The room is decorated in a pink theme, and there is a large closet with storage drawers and hangers.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

View

Most rooms have a fabulous view of the south end of Wood Lake, and the mountains surrounding it. The views from the patio are spectacular from either your cushy lounge chairs or patio chairs, and the same view is enjoyed from the upper balcony. Since this unit is an end unit in the complex, is has a very private feeling.

More Information

Outdoor patio has a huge gas barbecue, plush chairs with table, and loungers. This is a one of a kind setting in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. This is where you come to exhale. We have specifically designed our villa to be an amazing ultra luxury get away. We have set the limit of guest stays to 5 weeks per year in total to preserve the mint condition of this villa. The unit has a custom designed floor plan, double sound proofing in all walls, all bathrooms have heated floors, entire villa was wired for sound, video and internet, halogen potlights throughout. With a spacious double car garage plus one outdoor parking spot (parking pass must be used), you will have plenty of room for both your vehicles and storage for sports toys etc.

Distances

• The airport is within 15 minutes drive.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are so many high caliber golf courses near by that you won't know which one to play first! The nearest is Aspen Grove, a 9-hole course. The next closest are the Bear and the Quail course at Quail Ridge Golf Course, and Predator Ridge, which once hosted the Skins Game. The Okanagan is renowned as a 'golfer's mecca'.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Silver Star Ski Resort is a 45 minute drive, and Big White Ski Resort is 75 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a great Greek Restaurant and a lakeside Pub within a 10 minute walk. It is a five minute drive to the town of Winfield, which has two grocery stores, liquor stores, a Pharmacy, Bank, Library etc. It is a 15 minute drive to the Gray Monk Winery, for wine tours and tasting. It is a 20 minute drive to the City of Kelowna, which has malls and specialty stores and restaurants of every kind.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. You will definitely spend a lot of time out here in the spring, summer, and fall. You are approximately fifty feet from the water's edge. You will likely have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner out here. The views are spectacular from either your cushy lounge chairs or patio chairs.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
The security deposit is $3000 refundable within 72 hours of vacating the villa. Guests will need to complete a rental agreement prior to being approved for rental. There is a 4 night minimum stay.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
