More Information

There is a private deck complete with table and 4 chairs. This unit is on the second floor overlooking the marina, lake and mountains. There is a boat slip assigned to the unit for an additional $20.00 per day. There is a Pub next door with excellent food and in the summer they have a section designated for families with children. There are various types of shopping and dining within minutes of the complex. There are coin operated washers and dryers in the complex.

• It is a 10 minute drive to the Kelowna International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous golf courses in the area.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It is approximately 1 hour to either the Big White Ski Resort outside of Kelowna, B.C. or Silver Star Resort outside Vernon, B.C.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just minutes away to shopping or dining.
• There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. This unit is on the lake overlooking the Marina. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
