More Information

There is a private deck complete with table and 4 chairs. This unit is on the second floor overlooking the marina, lake and mountains. There is a boat slip assigned to the unit for an additional $20.00 per day. There is a Pub next door with excellent food and in the summer they have a section designated for families with children. There are various types of shopping and dining within minutes of the complex. There are coin operated washers and dryers in the complex.

It is a 10 minute drive to the Kelowna International Airport.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous golf courses in the area.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). It is approximately 1 hour to either the Big White Ski Resort outside of Kelowna, B.C. or Silver Star Resort outside Vernon, B.C.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Just minutes away to shopping or dining.
There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. This unit is on the lake overlooking the Marina. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
