Hammocks supplied. Unit is secluded and remote. Solar house, beach is private. Closest store is 3km(small grocery). Unit is 3km north of Xcalak town centre. We are 2km north of XTC and the next door neighbor is a dive master there. There are kayaks available and bicycles available in the area for rent.
• Closest airport is Cancun which is 4.5 hours away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Vehicle is recommended
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. You couldn't be closer to the Caribbean unless you were in it! Kayaks are available.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
