    Large balcony with hammock, facing the Caribbean. Bathroom tiled in Mexican ceramic Talavera tile. Complimentary continental breakfast provided daily. On-site scuba diving and all levels of scuba instruction from a NAUI Instructor Trainer. Boat for fly fishing or reef fishing picks you up at our dock.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Trucks selling produce and other grocery staples come to the door twice each week. The unit is about a mile and a half north of town.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This unit is on the Caribbean...just a few steps from your room to the sea. Ocean kayaks are included.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due on arrival). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $100 handling fee.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
