The marina has already gained good reputation and attracts many yachts to the harbor. There are shops, restaurants and an amphitheatre showing open air movies once a week. The pretty village of Yalikavak starts from the marina and is a lovely old fishing town with friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There are many restaurants around the picturesque harbour and the village hosts a large market every Thursday, with fruits, vegetables, clothes and local produce.
• Nearby Attractions: There is a large waterland 15 minutes drive away, which the kids love.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
