The view is the most spectacular, with the Aegean Sea and the picturesque village of Yalikavak to the front and olive valleys on the back. This magnificent view can be enjoyed from four different patios and one balcony. There is a large garden with peach tree, mandarin trees, olive trees, plenty of Bougainvilleas, Jasmines and other lovely plants (planted after picture taken) There will always be a secluded place to relax before having a swim in the fabulous swimming pool, also with splendid Sea view.

The marina has already gained good reputation and attracts many yachts to the harbor. There are shops, restaurants and an amphitheatre showing open air movies once a week. The pretty village of Yalikavak starts from the marina and is a lovely old fishing town with friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There are many restaurants around the picturesque harbour and the village hosts a large market every Thursday, with fruits, vegetables, clothes and local produce.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 .
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
