20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
