There are wall-to-wall sliding glass doors across the living and dining rooms that completely open onto the covered terrace with Jacuzzi. Vaulted ceilings throughout the unit give it an airy and spacious feel. And the gated entry on this corner unit provide for serenity and a private spot to watch the marina activity. Air conditioned, ceiling fans, Jacuzzi, cable TV, DVD, washer and dryer Nintendo 64 and Gamecube with over 20 games.

    Master Bedroom
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom has a view of the jacuzzi and patio overlooking pool and ocean. There is a closet and very large built in dresser with marble vanity top.

    2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4). Second bedroom has 2 queen beds and has a view of the marina. Because we are the end unit, you have complete privacy...no one is able to walk by the window and look in.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
    Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    From the back balcony, we have beautiful views of the huge, two level swimming pool, the palm trees, sandy beach and beautiful blue Caribbean sea. From our gated front terrace, we have a nice view of the marina.

    • Cancun Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Puerto Aventuras is a little over an hour South of the Cancun airport, about 15 minutes South of Playa del Carmen
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Our condominium is a short walk to the marina area, where there are many restaurants and shops and a swim with the dolphins program. Most of the condominiums and villas in Puerto Aventuras are NOT within walking distance of the marina. Be sure to check on this before you rent.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. All beaches in Mexico are public. However, we have a private, roped off section of beach with lounge chairs in front of the public beach area.
    • Nearby Attractions: Marina, 9 hole golf course, swim with the dolphins, convenience grocery store all within walking distance of our condo.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per cleaning.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
