    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). One block from from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. We are located in the "Central Zone" which is the 6 square block area that constitutes the center of town. The town square, ferry dock/water front promenade, shops, restaurants and night time activities are all within walking distance of home.
    • The many sandy beaches that are used by Cozumel visitors are located Southwest of San Miguel (starting around 18 KM south of town) and wrap around the other side of the island which is uninhabited, for more detailed information about where the beaches are see: http://cozumel-beaches.com/. No matter where you stay in Cozumel, you will most likely be using these beaches during the day.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
