Akumal was the birthplace of recreational snorkeling and scuba in Mexico - for good reason!

    1 King Bed. Ocean View Master Bedroom with quiet A/C system has private glass brick shower with a view and it is large enough for two. Also a private terrace allows for ocean views off the back of the condo and around the 'point' of Half Moon Bay!
    Living Room
    2 Single/Twin Beds. If traveling with children (or adventurers) both couches can be used as sleeping quarters. We also provide an air mattress if desired.
    Bedroom
    1 King Bed. This bedroom, with quiet A/C, although smaller than the master, has floor to ceiling sliding doors with a spectacular view of roof tops, jungle and around the 'point' of Half Moon bay. Small patio and view make it seem larger than it is. A favorite room!
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Front Views, from Living, Dining, Kitchen, Terrace, Master Bedroom and even Master Shower are directly onto the Beautiful Caribbean Sea of Half Moon Bay. Both bedrooms (and master shower) also over look roof tops, jungle and beyond the point of Half Moon Bay, for yet another ocean view!

    This two-bedroom, two-bath ocean front condo has fantastic views of Half Moon Bay from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and even the master shower! Smoking outside on terraces only please! The living room, dining room and kitchen look directly over Half Moon Bay, and showcase the beauty that only the Caribbean can offer you both in and out of the water. Both bedrooms have king-size beds. the master bedroom overlooks the living area and ocean and can be closed off for privacy. Full air conditioning (multiple splits with room-specific controls), ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television and even wireless access to the Internet. The floor to ceiling ocean side windows open wide in the center to allow breezes to flow through the space. A sliding glass door opens to a fantastic open-air terrace above the bay, perfect for socializing or simply enjoying the breathtaking view and Caribbean breeze.

    • One Hour south of the Cancun Airport. Very easy drive south on the 307. Road is in very good condition! Even after Hurricane Wilma!
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Playacar and Puerto Aventuras, both within a 30 minute drive have golf courses!
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk to Que Ondo for Italian food in five minutes! La Lunita, just along the beach in less than 15. You can even stroll to La Buena Vida if you are up for a 20 minute stroll!
    • Beach surface is fine sand. Walk down stairs, and you are on the beach! Enjoy the beach! We provide the beach towels and a small cooler for your favorite cold beverage!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Cancellations with 60 days of arrival result in forfeit of Rent, unless the unit is re rented. Your cash can be applied towards a future vacation in the same season (high or low).PayPal also accepted--please add 3 percent.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 5 each per day. Reserve, pay on site..
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
