The view is unbelievable! The entire front is glass and looks out upon Half Moon Bay, the reef, and the Caribbean Sea. From the back terrace you can see up the Yucatan coast, Yalku Lagoon, and the surrounding jungle.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 15 minutes) to the Puerto Aventuras Golf Club and about 30 minutes to the Playacar Golf Club.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The building is a 5 minute walk to several restaurants. The local convenience store is about 10 minutes away and a larger one next to a small selection of boutiques is a little over a mile away. A rental car is recommended as there are many local attractions and restaurants that are better reached with a vehicle. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The clear blue warm waters of Half Moon Bay are 20 steps from the condo building. Yalku Lagoon is a 5 minute walk. Beach chairs and thatch umbrellas available
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
