    This lovely two-storey, two-bedroom condominium faces the ocean and the condominium gardens. This building is across the street from five villas which are on the beach. You only have to walk across the street and around the last villa to get to the beach. The entrance to the living room, dining room and kitchen plus a half bath is on the ground level. The kitchen overlooks the dining area.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit only - not for payment of normal services. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.

    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
