Brand New 2 Bedroom Condo Playacar
Condo is located in Playacar phase two, furnished with Italian style. The condo is made up of a large living room with two sofa beds, completely equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and a kitchen table, laundry room. Our guests have two bicycles at their disposal. The condo is about 4/5 minutes by bicycle from the most beautiful beaches and town center, only a few steps from the golf club and the most interesting tourist spots like X-Caret, X-el-ha, and is one block from a taxi terminal (with only $3 you can get all over the city), near the major markets and mall.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of check out may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
