    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The building is a 5 minute walk to several restaurants. The local convenience store is about 10 minutes away and a larger one next to a small selection of boutiques is a little over a mile away. A rental car is recommended as there are many local attractions and restaurants that are better reached with a vehicle.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The clear blue warm waters of Half Moon Bay are 20 steps from the condo building. Yalku Lagoon is a 5 minute walk. The beach is "kid safe" Beach chairs and thatch umbrellas available
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
