The view is unbelievable! The entire front is glass and looks out upon Half Moon Bay, the reef and the Caribbean Sea. From the back terrace you can see up the Yucatan coast, Yalku Lagoon, and the surrounding jungle.

The local convenience store is about 10 minutes away and a larger one next to a small selection of boutiques is a little over a mile away. A rental car is recommended as there are many local attractions and restaurants that are better reached with a vehicle. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.
