1 King Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). This room is located in the second floor of the Villa with unobstructed ocean view. The room is decorated with excellent contemporary taste. Has a beautiful wood hand made bed, a walk-in closet made out of hardwood, a his/her bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub , chair lounge to enjoy the view from the balcony, a 36" LCD TV, A/C and remote control fan.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This beautiful room is located in the second floor of the Villa. Has a comfortable sofa that becomes a bed for two people, 36" LCD TV, A/C and remote control fan.
1 King Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). This room is located in the first floor of the Villa with access to the beach and pool. Has the most beautiful and breathtaking ocean views. It is decorated with an excellent taste due to the handmade furniture and custom hardwood cabinetry. Has a 36" LCD TV, A/C system and remote control fan.
1 King or 2 Singles Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). This beautiful room is located in the first floor of the Villa. It has quality furniture and hardwood cabinetry. Has a 36" LCD TV , A/C system and remote control fan.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

- Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand. The Playacar beach can be only used by the Villas owners or guests.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit Wire Transfers

- Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
