2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Located in the second floor. Unobstructed view can be appreciated from its windows. Has LCD TV, A/C, remote control fan, hardwood cabinetry.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Located in the second floor. Furnished with an excellent taste. Direct access to the upper terrace. Has LCD TV, A/C, remote control fan, walk-in hardwood closet.
1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Located in the first floor. Beautiful furnished room which all its components make a unique room to enjoy and relax. Has LCD TV, A/C, remote control fan, hardwood cabinetry and full bathroom.
1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). Located in the basement of the residence. Has Bose Home System and speakers throughout, screen projector, LCD TV, A/C, wine cellar, bar, lounge area. One of the most excited areas of the house.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
