1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This is the master room, with bathroom inside (bathtub, toilet, sink). Well ventilated with views of the garden. Mosquito net.
1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). Located in the sitting room a sofa-bed. Huge area with views of the garden and the Indian Ocean
1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Same size of master bedroom but no toilette inside. Also well ventilated with views of the garden.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Mosquito nets, and two windows with views of the garden and the Indian Ocean.

From the front veranda only the beach and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean are seen.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Euro 4.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
