1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This is the master room, with bathroom inside (bathtub, toilet, sink). Well ventilated with views of the garden. Mosquito net.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Mosquito nets, and two windows with views of the garden and the Indian Ocean.

1 Single Foam Mattress (sleeps 1). Located in the sitting room a sofa-bed. Huge area with views of the garden and the Indian Ocean
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
From the front veranda only the beach and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean are seen.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Unfortunately we can't accept Traveler's Checks

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Euro 4.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
