Just 5 minutes or 1 ski bus stop is the cable car to take you up the Schmittenhöhe for superb views of the Zeller Lake and the Hohe Tauern National Park beyond.· There is just so much to do and see in this beautiful region.
From Zell Am See you can easily get to the Glemmtal resorts of Saalbach and Hinterglemm to the northwest, while the village of Kaprun to the south provides access to year-round glacier skiing below the Kitzsteinhorn . Also within reach there are two mountain reservoirs in the shadow of the Kitzsteinhorn Crossing the Hohe Tauern mountains to the south is the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse and another 'must see' is the stunning Krimml waterfalls.

Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of vacating the apartment in line with rental contract terms and conditions

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100 euros + 10 euro per person.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
