Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
