Emerald Bay is at the north end of Mazatlan, and is an area of high end homes and full time residents. The beach is quiet and private, yet the property is close to town, a 5 minute drive to restaurants and amenities. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, as well as a private balcony. The home is fully outfitted with linens, towels, and a fully operational kitchen. We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach. No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun. We are a BRAND NEW modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flat land around us so no climbing up hills to get home. Daily housekeeping is included!!! This room is set up as a king bed with two twin beds put together while we are waiting for delivery of two individual sets of linens. If you would prefer to have two individual beds separated, message us and we can change it. We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq. At night you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout or have a guest over!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. The neighborhood: We are located in Old Town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. Basilio Badillo is the most popular street in town. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting Around: Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. Unique Benefits: We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen. We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

In the evening it is very nice just walk to the center and watch the mariachi in El Parian. There are many activities you can do in and around Tlaquepaque. Here just a view. Get a free bike on Sunday and you can use the special route that they set of just for none motorized vehicles all the way to Guadalajara, Zapopan and Tonala. We all adored the view, outdoor spaces, and private pool. The location is perfect - the beach is right there, soft sand, big waves, and lifeguard. The staff made everything perfect. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. Every meal exceeded our expectation. The location is on a beautiful and quiet beach that was great for swimming and building sandcastles. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh/dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you also have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. About the neighborhood: We are located in the Romantic Zone on Basilio Badillo, it is the most popular street in town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.
