In the area there are 4-5 other houses belonging to local families. The house is 100 m2 in total. The main house on the first level has an open kitchen with dining and sitting area, two bedrooms and a bathroom, surrounded by large terraces. There is public transportation from the port to the main town Ioulis, and taxis, but it's necessary to rent a car to go to the beaches and visit the island.You can rent a car (or a motor bike) either at the Athens International Airport or at the island . The Roukounas Hill, (Fotimari) as is the name of the location is a peaceful place where you can rest, surrounded by beautiful landscape, overlooking the sea, away from the busy port or the main town, where you can also combine night life in the nearby Vourkari and/or Ioulis or the port.
