INSIDE THE HOUSE Enter through the side gate with a courtyard to the side, where you will enter the door equipped with our lock. The front entrance leads directly into the living area. There’s a vaulted ceiling and hardwood floors, and a huge picture window on the far wall. The lounge seats 5, with a 54” Sony TV sitting over a marble-surround gas fireplace. Next is the dining room, with a round wooden table for 6. A full kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including fridge with icemaker, gas stove/oven and dishwasher), overhead cabinetry and lots of space for the chef to whip up dishes. In the master bedroom, find a king-size bed, driftwood dresser and 40” Sony TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in glass-surround shower. Upstairs, a queen-size bed with cherry blossom comforter sits in the 2nd bedroom. There’s a 2nd full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo in dramatic black and whites. The 3rd bedroom is a favorite among kids - there’s a twin-over-full bunk, extra trundle, and even a crib. There’s also a child’s desk with 2 chairs and a 32” Vizio TV. Need to do laundry Guests have access to the washer and dryer, located inside the garage. Outside, a landscaped yard winds down to the edge of Lake Lindero. Kick back on the outdoor lounge or grill up dinner on the BBQ grill and gather around the outside dining table. It’s a beautiful spot to soak up some rays right on the water’s edge. OUR LOCATION Enjoy the Californian sunshine on the edge of Lake Lindero. A 15-minute stroll around its edge and you’ll be at Westlake Village, with shops and restaurants for every taste. Sporting enthusiast It’s just 7 minutes’ walk to Lindero Country Club, with a 9-hole golf course and driving range, both amenities open to the public. Head further afield and find any number of attractions, with Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Rodeo Drive and Griffith Park all less than an hour’s drive from home. The house has an unusually large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large oven and 4 burners. Garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffeemaker and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans and plates etc. Sip your morning coffee at the outside garden table and enjoy the California weather in the peaceful backyard.. Please note, leather sofa is ideal for a small child as it does NOT fold out into a bed. There are 2 extra pillows and duvet should small child need to sleep on the leather sofa. Just a two block walk to bustling and trendy Ventura Boulevard where you will find a myriad of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and markets. CBS Studios is a short walk away and Paramount, Warner Brothers, and Disney just a short drive away. Universal Studios is a 5 minute drive away. You will love staying here because of the privacy and safety of the unit. There is a larger double story house in the front of the property overlooking the street and the 1 bedroom cottage is in the back with its own private entrance. Wake up in the morning to gorgeous weather and sip your morning coffee on the patio while you check your emails or read the paper in the peaceful surroundings.     Our Beachfront home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We sleep 11 people comfortably, to add more quests you can also have people sleep on the oversized couch and we have 2 queen blow up beds. All upstairs bedrooms have HDTV with DVD, cable channels, and the highest speed Wi-Fi. We have a ping pong, outdoor firepit, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, wood burning indoor fireplace (impossible to find in this area) and a 52-inch TV in the Great Room. The roof deck has an enclosed glass room with fridge, toaster and coffee-maker, seating bar and chairs that look out at the sunset and ocean, 4 dining tables and matching chairs that we personally shipped from Morocco, outdoor sectional couch and chaise lounge chairs, multiple umbrellas, roof deck has a nice, above code height railing. There are 3 spiral Staircases that lead to the roof deck both interior and exterior access. Our home has a Bertazzoni professional range, new Bosch dishwasher, 2 sinks in fully stocked kitchen, kuerig and traditional coffee maker, front-load washer/dryer, gas grill, and one Weber charcoal grill (Weber available upon request). All towels and bedding are high thread counts. Kids just love the blue room full of pillows at the top of the turret.
