    Located on the southern shore of Half Moon Bay, Akumal. Brand new in 2008, Valhalla is the perfect purpose built vacation villa for large groups.. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE HOME. Valhalla is absolutely unique in the village of Akumal, boasting 6 spacious master bedrooms all with ocean views, balconies or terraces, and the option of either Twin beds or King bed configurations. Each bedroom also has a queen sized futon making great extra sleeping space for kids, families, or adults sharing. All bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING, safety boxes, and High Speed internet ethernet ports. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the house if your computer is wireless enabled. Valhalla is also one of the only houses in Akumal that is wheelchair friendly with one of the two downstairs bedrooms designed with wider door frames and shower space to cater for disabled needs. The communal areas are incredibly spacious with loads of indoor and outdoor dining and living space and a large fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 lounge areas, the upstairs area sporting a 42" flat screen Satellite TV with DVD and a stereo system with iPod dock, USB port and CD player to play any MP3 device. There are speakers in the living areas, the outside terrace, and also by the pool. In addition to all of this there a business center which includes a computer, Internet, copier, printer and scanner. Walk through the wide sliding doors from the downstairs living area out to the terrace with it's BBQ grill and spacious living and dining areas. Relax by the great fresh water infinity edge pool which has a shallow end for the kids to play in while the adults can sip cocktails on the swim up stools next to the ocean side palapa. Relax and catch some rays on one of the may sunbeds by the pool or on the sand beach area. A few steps from here is the warm Caribbean Sea where you can snorkel, swim, or cruise the bay in one of the 2 kayaks provided by the house. We have 11 lifejackets in various sizes for your use. If you feel like this is all a bit much for you, then climb into one of the hammocks under the ocean side palapa and rock yourself to sleep to the sound of the water gently lapping at the shore. After a hard day of enjoying the best of the Caribbean lifestyle, make your way up to the big roof terrace and enjoy a margarita watching the sun go down and the millions of stars appear. If you are an early bird, this is a particularly spectacular place to watch the sun rise over the ocean. Pool and beach furnishings along with a large palapa with hammocks and a poolside restroom are also available for guest use. Each of the condominium units at Tan Ik are lovely and sophisticated with a simple open design that allows breezes and light to move through easily. Both bedrooms have an ocean view and also their own ensuite bathroom. There is a hair dryer in the master bathroom. Guests of Seven Seas enjoy a large beachside swimming pool with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. Each unit has a private patio area and is just a few steps from the sandy beach and water's edge. Seven Seas #3 is full two bedroom condominium with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and living area. From the living area access the pool side patio. The unit faces the ocean and has full bright views of the gardens and sea. Guests also enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and access to the poolside patios. The master bedroom is spacious. You will then take a right into South Akumal Beach (Akumal Sur). Continue down the road to the security gate and then turn right. Seven Seas will be the 6th property from the entrance, on your left (within 2 blocks) and has a fountain by the stairs. This is the perfect spot for taking in this amazing place GENERAL LAYOUT Casa Iguana's main villa has been completely renovated and now features marble floors, granite countertops and two ocean view terraces. The main villa offers two bedrooms. The master suite, located on the upper level, is furnished with a queen bed and is air conditioned. The master suite also enjoys a private ocean view terrace furnished with table and chairs. The guest bedroom on the main level is furnished with two twin beds, which can be converted to a king-size bed (specialized frame and connection kit for a seamless fit). This bedroom is also air conditioned. Also on the main level are the fully equipped kitchen and living and dining area. The living area is furnished with TV, DVD player, CD Player and Stereo System and also contains a double futon for extra sleeping. There is wireless internet throughout the property. The Casita, which is just to the rear of the main house, enjoys the amenities of the main villa, including TV, DVD, CD Player and wireless internet. The Casita includes a private living area, large and fully equipped kitchen and two air conditioned bedrooms. The first guest bedroom (accessed from the living area) is furnished with two double beds, the second bedroom (accessed from the first bedroom, or by way of it's own private exterior door) with one double and one twin bed. The two bathrooms are have been updated with marble and natural stone as well. Just outside of the Casita is large outdoor sitting and dining area. A nice retreat at the end of the day. Casa Iguana also offers a charcoal BBQ grill, outdoor serving area and sink and adjacent patios with dining seating for up to 12. Iguana also boasts a huge driveway which affords plenty of secure off street parking, or can also be used as a great dining/party venue for weddings and special events. Casa Iguana is located right on the waters edge. There is direct access to the ocean. This bright and comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo is centrally located on Half Moon Bay. Beach chairs, shade palapas and great snorkeling are just a few steps away. The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and all appliances that you may need to prepare your own meals or enjoy snacks and cold drinks on the beach. Off of the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. From the living and dining areas you can enjoy the view of Half Moon Bay through a wall of windows and sliding doors leading to the beachside patio. To the rear of the unit are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and private with a large master bath and king bed. The guest bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one single bed, and enjoys a private bath and small private terrace looking over the jungle to the west. This unit is equipped with SKY satellite television, iPod dock, and wireless internet. You will have access to the Vonage phone in the office for free calls to the US. Luna Azul is one of our favorite condominium properties. It has a great central location within walking distance to Akumal's Yal-Ku Lagoon, restaurants and other services. The management here is excellent and always takes great care of our guests. NO SMOKING INSIDE VILLA. On leaving the Cancun airport, take Highway 307 heading south toward Tulum. After approximately 60 miles (100 km), you will arrive at the turnoff to Akumal Playa where you will pass under a large pedestrian bridge and local traffic bridge. Take the first RETORNO (highway turn around) after the Akumal bridges, and turn right into the community of Akumal Playa (If you pass the bridges again you have gone too far). Once you have entered Akumal continue down the road, pass under the arch, and keep to your left at the statue where the road splits. This will lead you to Half Moon Bay and Yal-Ku. Luna Azul is located approx one mile from the entrance of Akumal. Once you reach Half Moon Bay you will pass La Buena Vida Restaurant and Bar and Vista del Mar Condominiums. Soon you will see the Midway grocery to your left and just following, Playa Caribe to your right. It is marked by a roadside sign. Luna Azul is the next building. Location: Jade Bay is a gorgeous beach just 2 miles south of Akumal Bay.. Villa Margarita, Jade Bay is a beautiful new area on the spectacular Riviera Maya south of Playa del Carmen. The bay forms a white coral sand, crescent beach that's similar to Akumal Bay, an easy stroll away. Villa Margarita is one of few villas on Jade Bay. The privacy and security is superb, yet a variety of shopping, restaurants, snorkeling and recreation are only minutes away. Villa Margarita provides over 3,000 square feet of luxurious living that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This lovely villa also offers full maid service and a grounds keeper 6 days per week. Behind, as you face the ocean, is a sit-up bar connected to the kitchen via an open archway. Two steps lift you to the foyer, splashed in natural light spilling in from the cupola above. You look up through the oval opening in the ceiling, through the second floor with its iron railing, to the ceiling of the second floor where a high, brick domed cupola spills natural light throughout. There are ceiling fans everywhere. Off the foyer you enter the modern and fully equipped kitchen with an expansive view over the bar to the dining room and beyond to the pool and ocean - a perfect place to prepare a meal or those Margaritas for Happy Hour around the pool. If you prefer casual outdoor cooking, you will want to use the propane fired barbecue and outdoor kitchen and wet bar located beside the front entrance. Off of the foyer and near the stairs, you will find the half bath/ powder room as well as the entrance to the main floor bedroom. The furnishings are Mexican with brilliant Caribbean style fabrics. From the living room and dining room you exit to a covered patio that borders the refreshing pool with safe depths for kids and adults.
