The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de La Luz, just 52 km. Cadiz, the capital of the province is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years). The origins of Chipiona goes back to Roman times. The most emblematic monument in Chipiona perhaps its lighthouse, which dates from 1867 and is built at Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quinto Servilio Cepión, the tower was built in 140 BC. We can also see the Shrine of Nuestra Señora de Regla, with its Moorish cloister of the XV century and the image of the Virgin (twelfth or thirteenth century). The Parish of Nuestra Señora de La O (XVI century), the Castle was probably built on another of Arab origin around the year 1295 and the Fisheries Corrales (believed to be Roman). There’s also a UPVC door at the top of the Roof Terrace stairs that’s lockable with the key. The Kitchen Diner is conveniently located on the ground floor and it’s fully equipped with an Oven, Induction Hob, Dishwasher, Melitta Coffee Machine (with a timer so you can wake up to the smell of the fresh brew waiting for you), 4 Slice Toaster and a Microwave/Combi Oven. There’s plenty of Cutlery, Crockery, Glasses, Mugs, Baking Dishes, Trays and Utensils. The Dining Table can seat 6 people. The window has reflective mirror glass so you have complete privacy during the day and there’s a blind and curtains for privacy after dark. However, you can drive up to the house and park while you unload suitcases. Nestled beneath the craggy cliffs of a ancient fossil reef, are the villages and hamlets of the Cariatiz. The cottage is part of the farmhouse which has been beautifully restored and is situated in the tiny, sleepy hamlet that is Los Josefos. Here our neighbours still bake bread in the traditional domed bread oven and farm almonds like generations before them. Guests have the use of a BBQ, large sun terrace, beautiful garden and Swim/Spar pool, with great views of the surrounding mountains. After dark stargazers will be delighted with the clarity of the night sky. NOTE: Summer time in rural Spain can lead to water shortages which means the mains water is frequently turned off, we have the unique facility of back-up water tanks so our quests are not inconvenienced. We have the well known Circuito DE Almeria a short 15 minute ride away, where all the major UK trackday organisers and Spanish companies run events through out the year. Enjoy glorious scenery in beautiful warm sunshine throughout the winter months as you discover the peace and tranquillity. There are many largely undiscovered walks in the area. Discover too the smells of lavender & thyme as you walk amongst the mountain herbs & flowers, particularly Jan - May. The house is actually situated on a long marked circular walk. Note: Most walks are un signposted so a good compass and map reading skills are useful. However if required we can arrange guided walks for groups. The area surrounding is fabulous cycling country for the enthusiast ! There are miles of quiet roads crossing open countryside with gorgeous views of the heath land, mountains, almond, olive, orange and lemon groves. Its often hard going so strictly for the fit and adventurous. The mountain biker too has many hill and mountain tracks to choose from. The Enormous Sorbas cave system is nearby. There are guided tours of the caves from easy going for beginners to more advanced for those with experience. Equipment can be provided by the centre. Granada and The Alhambra Palace is a must to visit at only 2 hours distance by motorway. For film enthusiasts there is Mini Hollywood Film Studio, Oasis Reserva Zoologica, Fort Bravo Cinema Studios and Western Lodge. Going down to the village of Los Gallardos there are more good restaurants and bars, shops ,bank and medical surgery. This is an area of outstanding beauty especially if you are looking for peace and tranquility, heading up into the mountains you will find many old and ancient villages scattered within. There is much to explore up in the mountains or along the coastline, you can hire bikes in the town of Vera or Buganvillas. The beaches are all blue flagged but if you are not a beach person there is much to find. Head toward the GABO DE GATO along the coastline, staying off the main roads, here you will discover the wild and untouched areas. Uncrowded beaches are usually between Vera and Garrucha with its many chiringuito's although there are so many to choose from. Mojacar has a great nightlife if thats what you are looking for after a day of beaching it or pooling it. In a white Mediterranean-style resort you will find this spacious and comfortable apartment located east of Marbella, in one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol and the Golf not far from the port of Cabopino and the beach of Artola famous for its dunes. A marvelous scenery immersed in a lush garden and a short distance from a long pleasant walk that runs along the enchanting sandy beach, one of the most famous in Marbella. In the terraced house is accessed by a gate that leads to the street and through a patio furnished with table and chairs you get directly into the house, the living room with sofa, coffee table and TV is in the same environment of the modern kitchen fully equipped. On the same floor a double bedroom and bathroom, adjacent to the kitchen another terrace on the back that serves as a support. A large staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor where the master bedroom with its bathroom is located, all the shower amenities included are not lacking. And finally, the bedroom leads to another terrace/solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasol. Everything you need is within reach, in the Resort there are two large outdoor pools surrounded by captivating and relaxing solarium, next to the bar and one of the Resort's two restaurants, not far from the heated indoor pool, the Jacuzzi and in front of the fitness center, adjacent to the pool, a play area for children and a mini club. At the entrance of the characteristic Andalusian Resort, the welcoming 24H Reception and just outside the gate of the house is a short walk from a good supermarket for everything you need. This apartment has many comforts both inside and outside really in a privileged position in Marbella surrounded by numerous golf courses including the renowned Cabopino Golf, the port and numerous restaurants and bars. You will have the use of the whole house and its private space. You will also be able to use all the hotel resort facilities such as reception, apartment service and house cleaning on request with extra payment. Within the resort there are 2 restaurants offering a variety of food and even buffet meals. There is also a pool bar for drinks and snacks. The resort also has a gym and a playground for children. Some activities for children are offered during the summer. The outdoor pools are closed from November 1st until Easter, but you can enjoy the heated indoor pool and sauna all year round. This Country Estate is located on the southern slope of Sierra Nevada (La Alpujarra), in the mountain region Soportujar, in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 1,675 meters above sea level. Surrounded by stone oak and oak forests combined with a sustainable cultivation of apple, cherry, walnut and chestnut trees. On the forest road ‘Sierra de Soportujar’, direction Puente Palo, polygon 2, property 7. With a magnificent view to the South and overlooking the Mediterranean. Even the coast of Morocco can be seen on clear days. The country house is located on a hill of the estate surrounded by oak trees. It is 200 m2, has living and dining room with fireplace and chimney stove, integrated fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with separate chimney stove-heater (two double rooms and two single rooms), bathroom, pantry and terrace. The House is rented entirely. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, and also firewood are included free of charge. The game collection or the library will make your stay pleasant. A very interesting visit is the Buddhist Center O Sel Ling, with the mysterious goddess Tara, the stupa and the prayer wheel. Very nice in fall because of the red and gold colors of the forest and impressive in spring when the cherry trees blossom. A place to enjoy its views, trails and tranquility. By car from Granada towards Motril (A44) , exit 164 direction Beznar, rise a the A348 direction Lanjaron / Las Alpujarras . Then take exit A4132 towards Pampaneira, and after the detour to Soportújar take the exit to El Padre Terno towards Puente Palo. There is also a bus which will take you to El Padre Terno. (If you wish to be picked up from here please ask for it). TERMS AND CONDITIONS: For reservation must be paid the 30% of the booking, the rest will be paid upon delivery of keys on arrival. By signing the contract a damage/security deposit in the amount of € 300 must be provided which will be refunded the day of departure. Please ask for long term stays. Payform is by bank transfer/deposit or cash. More guests as contractually agreed (including children) are not allowed. Exceptionally can be rented for 1 day, wherein high season rates are applied (it will be charged at least 4 people) and neither linen nor towels and bath towels are available. The house is extremely quiet. 18th century Sevillian style house, totally restored in 2006, but keeping the style and many of the original details (tiles, iron, wood ceilings….) with modern upgrades. The house is located in the historical centre of Sevilla on Calle Virgen de la Luz, which is a peaceful residential street without car traffic. The area is full of tapas bars, restaurants, and gift shops. This street is situated within a block of Plaza Pilatos and adjacent to the Santa Cruz neighborhood. 10 minutes walking thru the old Jewish Quarter takes you to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar Palace, the main tourist attractions. Seville´s shopping area ( Sierpes, Tetuán, O´Donell, .......) is directly adjacent. All of Seville´s points of interest are within easy walking distance. 10 minutes walk to University of Seville. Offsite public parking is available, (five minute walk to/from unit).

Casa louisa is a delightful traditional spanish casa with modern comforts such as double glazing and air conditioning but still retains some of the quirky spanish characteristics, which adds to the appeal of the house. Kitchens are not a big feature in spanish casas and our kitchen is small, but well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a beer/wine fridge. The bedroom layout is typically spanish with adjoining bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious with ample storage, ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has a small balcony. Great for watching the semana santa and summer processions, which all pass by the house. The rooftop terrace is ideal for outdoor eating and chilling out at night or just sit back and watch the beautiful sunsets over the rooftops. The house could be described as quirky and there are quite a lot of stairs both inside and outside the house. As a result, it may not be suitable for young children. Casa louisa has a small flat screen TV with limited satellite channels but we do have a great supply of books. If required, internet access can be supplied via a 4g myfi router at a cost of 6 euros per day or 25 euros per week. A 50 euros refundable deposit for the unit is payable to our onsite representative you'll find everything you need to enjoy your holiday in rute. The house is a few minutes' walk to the tapas bars, restaurants, shops and other local facilities. The town has several museums including a jamon and anis museum, where you can sample some local delicacies. There are plenty of local shops selling bread, jamon, cheeses, fresh fruit and a great supermarket with a superb selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish and of course, wine and spirits. If you like swimming there's an excellent municipal swimming pool in rute and you can also use the pools at the local hotels when purchasing food. The pools are unheated and ideal for cooling off on those long hot summer days. Rute sits on the edge of the subbetica natural park and is ideal for exploring the towns and villages that surround the park and don’t forget to check out the via verde. You can go walking, running, hill walking, bird watching and cycling. There are local organisations offering organised tours or you can just go off to explore on your own. Just a few miles away is the picturesque village of iznajar and close by valdearenas beach on the lake where you can swim, take a boat tour, hire kayaks, pedalos and canoes. Ideal for a picnic or enjoy the local cuisine at the beach restaurant. There's also an excellent municipal pool close to the lake. If you want a visit to the tourist areas and the beaches; nerja, torre del mar, torremolinos and the costa del sol are just over an hour's drive from rute and make for an excellent day out. The cities of cordoba, granada, malaga seville and jaen are all within easy driving distance from the house and great for a day's sightseeing trip to LA mesquita, alhambra, picasso museum and the alcazar. Rute is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area, rute is about 110 KM north of malaga, just over an hour by car. Granada airport in the east is approximately 98 KM and seville airport in the west is approximately 172. KM. There is no private parking at the house but plenty of on street parking.

This is a beautifully renovated penthouse is more than a ‘vacation rental’; it is a home you’re invited to share while she heads north to cooler climes. It is filled with original art, and while there is nothing more spectacular than the views, the proximity to Old Town Marbella, shops, restaurants and the beach comes close. NOTE: For those who have hard time sleeping with noise —and are unwilling to wear earplugs— this is not for you because Marbella doesn’t sleep in the summer.
