The main Bedroom (18 m2) has a queen bed built of stone and a private bathroom. The Sala (21 m2) consists of a big room with a double futon bed and a single, stone-built bed and a smaller area which is arranged as fully functional, equipped Kitchenette. Sala communicates with the master bedroom through a smaller room, the Nest (6 m2), with a single bed. Katogas, is an old cave four steps below the Sala. Milos is proud of having more than 72 beaches. Some of the nicest ones are close by. You may enjoy long walks around the area, or if you have your own transportation means you may easily visit all interesting spots of Milos. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the pool table and Wii sports provided us and our two boys great family recreation time in between all the cultural and culinary sightseeing of Madrid. Most importantly, our host was an extraordinarily helpful "concierge", offering spot-on advice on places to eat and see, and even helping us to get a taxi to take us to the train station on our last day, when a transit strike was otherwise threatening to make it hard to get where we needed to. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about our host's unfailing good humor and great advice. The location of the apartment is a bit out of the way--a half-hour or so by subway from most of the places we wanted to visit in Madrid--but even that became a surprising benefit, as it forced us to get to know the subway system, and thus to really feel like locals. For its exceptional location, it is very family-friendly and very appropriate for couples, fine cuisine lovers, art and history lovers, for night adventurers, students, or as a base camp for business. It is an alternative with advantages over a traditional hotel. Like at home: The interior design has been done by a famous decorator, combining different furniture items from big-name designers such as Le Corbusier and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, wonderful painted Italian papers and many more items achieving international and cosmopolitan style while welcoming and chic. In the reception hall there are two benches of Le Corbusier´s Barcelona model, and two large mirrors with antique elegant silver finish frames. Entering the large main hall, we have four large spaces all bathed by natural light that filters through the two large windows overlooking the outdoor terrace. A first zone is "FAMILY LIVING" which is highlighted by a large 6 seater sofa Barcelona model of Le Corbusier, with plasma TV 42 inches, DVD, Nintendo Wii and Apple TV. The area "YOU", where you can read a book or relax after a busy day, lying in the "Chaise Lounge" also from the prestigious designer Le Corbusier. The third zone, "WORK AREA", with a very functional desk, transparent glass table, a chair, a desk lamp and a shelf where you can organize your work while being constantly connected to the high-speed Internet through Wi-Fi. The fourth area is the "DINING AREA" designed into circular shape surrounding the dining table, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. The dining area is decorated with exquisite hand painted Italian paper of high quality and a designer lamp. Elliot arrived late by 3 hours but the host was only too happy to come out late and show us the apartment. The bathroom was clean, shower powerful, bed linen and bedrooms all immaculate. Really quick 10 min taxis into central madrid, next to the famous ventas bullring. Would definitely recommend. Calgar After having a wonderful stay at our host's Barcelona apartment, we moved to Madrid to stay in his Madrid apartment as well. Madrid is a beautiful city and this apartment is definitely a very good choice for a relaxing vacation in Madrid. It is quite huge with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with every necessary utensil and a very spacious beautiful terrace. We enjoyed a lot having our breakfasts at the open-view terrace. The apartment is nicely designed with quality furniture, and the bed was quite comfy as well. Though the apartment is not located within the city center, there are two metro stations very close by the apartment, around 2 to 3 minutes on foot. These stations are on major lines that connects you to the various stations in the city center in 20 minutes at most. Or you may opt to walk as once we did and it takes around 40 minutes. Getting to the apartment from the airport is again quite easy using the metro. There are 2 supermarkets that are within 200 meters range and there are some restaurants and bars as well. Checking in and out went quite smooth for us. Our host greeted us himself upon our arrival, and gave us information about the city and the surroundings of the apartment, along with a map and a tourist guide-book. On the check-out day, our plane was taking off a little bit late, but although he had other guests coming in the same day, Roberto arranged for us to leave our luggages in until 3pm. He is a very friendly and caring host and he was always available for any question through phone or SMS. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Madrid a lot and I could sincerely recommend this host and his beautiful apartment in Madrid. Damali My friends and I have a wonderful stay in this unit. The terrace was such a great surprise, given the size and view. Madrid is a marvelous city, which I wish we had more time in to explore it a little more. If I ever return there, I know where I will stay.

Enjoy the real Prague close to the city center, but far enough from the flood of tourists. Our historical house is situated in a quiet part of Prague-5 (Smíchov). All of the main places of interest are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is a very safe area. The big advantage of Smíchov is that you can easy reach all the tourist features, like Emauzy, Dancing Building, National Theatre, Kampa or Vysehrad, otherwise you have the possibility to see the green side of Prague, with numerous parks, that you can´t find in the city center. Details: Large luxury apartment, 90 square meters, in an ideal location (a few steps to the river Vltava, less than 5 minutes on foot to the metro station and shopping center Andel) on the top floor with an elevator, private sauna, whirlpool and air conditioning. The apartment is fully equipped, very quiet and light, built in great quality and above standard equipment. Living room with kitchen and dining room is very bright thanks atelier windows facing West, also with air conditioning. The kitchen is designed for two, who can cook and talk face-to-face.
