When you come inside the foyer, you’ll instantly notice this home’s design sense. It’s tastefully decorated in blacks and whites with many antique pieces and artwork. There are hardwood floors, fine finishes, books everywhere and thoughtful features throughout. To the left of the foyer is a dining room that seats up to 7 on white upholstered chairs. Walk through, and you’ll find a kitchen chefs pine for: white marble counter-tops and quality stainless steel appliances. The Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf 6 stove are both extra-large, and the pantry is well-stocked with spices and cooking essentials. Across the wide breakfast bar is the living room, where 5 can sit around the 55” flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the backyard (there’s a doggy door, too). The Green Egg BBQ comes with briquettes, and the outdoor cooler will keep you hydrated.     Relaxing & recently remodeled, this condo is in the heart of Austin w/ new GoogIe Fiber installed. Located 5 min. Cab ride from Downtown, South Congress, Rainey St. & top music venues. Great spot for SXSW, ACL, F1 & exploring this fun city!. Our 2-story loft condo is just a few minutes from everything you'd want to do in Austin. This is NOT a share of any sort or private room, you're not in someone's backyard —you get the entire place to yourself :-) This two-story condo is comfortable, bright and has everything you need. It's a perfect place to rest your head after exploring Austin all day/night, and it's spacious enough to just chill and relax if that's your thing too. About 90% of the furniture is hand-built by us from sturdy pine or cedar. There's a tatami-style king futon bed with topper upstairs in the loft bedroom, and there's a queen guest futon with topper downstairs (which doubles as a lounging couch). The remodeled bathroom has a shower/tub with new fixtures and comes with towels for your use. We provide some homemade shampoo, which is a mixture of Bronner's & essential oils. The open dining area also has a bar that we built with 3 stools as well (see photos). We have all the amenities to make the place like feel like you're at home. Including a full kitchen, butcher block tops, oven, stove, dishwasher (no microwave or toaster FYI), dishes, GoogIe Fiber WiFi, cards/games and free parking for 2 cars. There's a coin-operated washer/dryer on site in the building. We've done our best to keep highly-synthetic materials and plastics out of the home where possible, so you'll find a number of things that are made of different types of wood, metals or glass instead. The neighbors are cool and very polite — they sort of keep to themselves and their own business, but everyone is very friendly. If you read some of our reviews, you'll notice a number of our guests have talked about a kitty (named Rufus) that we had. He's no longer here at the condo. We've decided to move him to some property just south of Austin so he can freely roam around a bit more and be a cat creature. License # OL 2016 037408

INSIDE THE HOUSE The high ceilings and large windows lend natural light and airiness throughout the home. The room also features artwork and mix of hanging and recessed lighting. Relax on the deep purple, modular couch fit for royalty around a flat-screen TV, and rearrange the seating however you like for your guests. Next to the open living area is the kitchen, including an island and breakfast bar with room for three. Located a quick 15-minute drive from Austin’s Bergstrom International Airport with easy access (~10 minutes) to downtown, the University of Texas campus or the Texas State Capital. Or stay in and enjoy the 108” projection screen home theater and plenty of spaces to hang out, both inside and out. INSIDE THE HOUSE The main entry opens into a cozy dining/tea room with seating for 6. A staircase leads to 2 of the bedrooms as well as the home theater. To the left of the stairs is a convenient powder room, and to the right, a 4th bedroom/office.
