INSIDE THE HOUSE
The living space, with its corner gas fireplace and 50” built in flat screen TV with DirecTV access, is a great gathering place. So is the open dining area, with a rustic table that seats 11 when extended. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinets provide all you need to cook, bake, and entertain.
Right off the kitchen is the balcony/deck with hot tub, propane gas grill, and dining table. Before putting the steaks on the grill, take a few moments to relax. Sip a beverage. Take in the deep sky and those glorious mountains. Just let your imagination wander while soaking away the day’s activities in the hot tub.
At the top of the stairs is a cozy seating area with a couch and coffee table—a nice place to escape with a book.
The canted ceiling and large windows in the master bedroom create a large, airy space. It has a comfy queen size bed, too. Off the master bedroom is its bathroom with granite counter, two sinks, walk-in shower and large bathtub—many luxury touches here.
The second bedroom has a queen size base and XL twin upper. The third bedroom is cozy with its queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms share the second full bathroom with a granite vanity, sink and shower/bath combined. There is also a sleeping loft that will accommodate more people, including a queen sofa bed—perfect for an impromptu sleepover.
The lower level is the 4th bedroom/bunkroom with four XL bunk beds, a sturdy couch and a ¾ bathroom. It’s the perfect designated kids/teens hangout.
Nestled among the mountains and alpine terrain, the outdoor activities around you are too numerous to count. Be a part of history in the 2015-2016 ski season: the linking of Park City Mountains and The Canyons will create the largest ski resort in America.
For the adventurous road cyclist, the roads leading up to Deer Valley are challenging, and the views of the city are well worth the effort. Mountain bikers, hikers and snowshoers will appreciate easy access to nearby trails. Or head down the road and check out the Olympic Ski Jump, where skiers and boarders train. Visit the Olympic Park Museum while you're there.
Just a 15-minute drive away is historical Park City. Check out free concerts, art galleries, and boutiques, or just mosey along and taking in the sights. Hungry Molly Blooms Gastropub serves up music, burgers and brews. Many more eating spots are just as close.
