Woodinville is synonymous with wine country, and from this spacious 4BR 3.5BA home you’ve got easy access to not only wineries (just 7 miles from Chateau Suite. Michelle), but also golfing, breweries and distilleries, and if you're in the mood for the big city, Seattle is just over 20 miles away. The perfect private retreat. INSIDE THE HOUSE The loveliest part of wine touring may be cracking open that perfect bottle once you’re back home. Luckily there’s ample space to entertain 8 guests in this house; once you enter the first floor features a casual den and a sitting room (with a stone fireplace) that adjoins a formal dining room. In the kitchen, find beautiful marble countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the main living room with a leather couch, a 60” flat screen TV, and a view to your backyard. Outside on the patio a gas grill is waiting for you, and the kids can bounce on the trampoline on the large, well-manicured lawn. Up the stairs is yet another space for entertainment - through French doors is a den with plenty of board games. Down the hall in the master bedroom you can control the viewing material on the 55” flat screen TV from the queen-size bed. In the master bath you’ll find “his and hers” vanities and a Jacuzzi tub. There are three more bedrooms on the second floor, and each has its own guest bathroom - no fights over mirror space here. One bedroom has space for three with a twin bunk, and an additional twin bed. Down the hall, the other includes two twin beds and desks as well, in case someone forgot to leave work at home. LOCATION You’re in wine country here. This home is located just 15 minutes from Chateau Suite. Michelle and Novelty Hill, and there are at least a dozen less known wineries to discover in close driving distance. For the golf lover, Echo Falls Golf Course is 20 minutes away. And if wine isn’t your thing, half a dozen breweries and a handful of distilleries will appease the beer and liquor crowd. For a change of pace, you’re about a 40-minute drive from Seattle. If you’ve not experienced the iconic Pike Place Market, now is your chance. If you’d rather not go so far for city pleasures, Kirkland is a charming town on the eastern side of Lake Washington - there you’ll find great dining options and lakefront strolls.
