This is a remarkable upscale home with 3 plus bedroom featuring lots of amenities. Looking forward to a home away from home while house hunting, remodeling or just visiting family and other local venues. This is definitely an upscale home on a quiet cul-de-sac/court. Stunning features include cherry wood kitchen with granite counters, a master suite/retreat you will fall in love with AND, a backyard oasis with beautiful pool/spa combo. All this...AND a 4+car garage large enough to STORE your RV/Boat...Whatever you can think of. Greenhouse and storage shed, and an extra carport for guests. Great location for visiting many popular venues. For example it is located between 1-2 hours from many scenic attractions including but not limited to: San Francisco; fisherman’s wharf, SF's famous cable cars, union square, make a stop in China Town then back to Ghirardelli square and pier 39. Lake Tahoe: is only an hour and a plus location of several major ski resorts including Squaw Valley and Alpine meadows. Yosemite National park is another featured bucket list must see with hiking trails and campgrounds (complete with tents) and check out Napa Valley winery’s and wine train. Close by is Old town Auburn (less then 20 minutes north). Old town Sacramento is also close by featuring riverboat dinner cruises and the State Railroad museum...Crocker Art museum is right up the street near the new Golden One Center...Additionally, Grass Valley and Nevada city are less then an hour away where you can bring the family and check out an old gold mine. There is so much more to do and places to see and closer to home is horseback riding, and a day out on Folsom lake is only (approximately 15 minutes away)
