Constructed with large wooden beams, vertical logs and shed type roof in the main living/dining/kitchen area gives a warm and cosy atmosphere. While the unit is constantly being updated and the paint is kept fresh, November 2013 saw the kitchen and bathroom counters replaced with new quartz counters, under mount sinks, new faucets and a new french door fridge installed with a bottom freezer drawer and and built in ice maker. A new pillowtop queen mattress was replaced in the loft. There are 2 new comfortable chairs in the living room and a new 'high rise' efficiency toilet in the bathroom.. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes, cutlery, pots, etc and the cupboards and fridge always have lots of staples. ( I go on the honor system - if you use items either replace them or leave something else. ) This system has worked well in the past. Unit 44522 is adjacent to this unit and could be rented as well and provides sleeping for 4 people more and about another 550 sq. Ft. There is a heavy locking inside door between the 2 units. Summer/Fall of 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo right in the centre of Big White Ski Resort. This bright studio is located on the top floor of the Whitefoot Lodge and offers the best location in Big White Ski Resort. Located in the building is also 2 restaurants, a coffee shop, the Market, Liquor Store and Ski School. Enjoy the Saturday fireworks from the outdoor hot tub. The suite features a Queen size bed, black out curtains, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 2 and double futon. The large bathroom offers plenty of counter space. There is a shared hot tub and sauna, and shared coin operated laundry. The Whitefoot lodge also offers ski lockers in a locker room with access to tuning and waxing benches. Hot tub is subject to seasonal use and maintenance. There are hours posted and a limit on number of people. There is free underground parking for 1 vehicle with a maximum clearance of 6'-8". The parking is first come, first served and could potentially be full during peak holiday seasons. In this case, additional overnight parking is available in Happy Valley through Big White Ski Resort subject to a fee.

The theatre room is what stands out in this unit. The projector is 120 inches and the sound system is fantastic. There are 8 theatre style chairs that lean back. This condo is one of the top luxurious units on the mountain and this unit was built specifically by the builder for himself and it shows. Adult bunk beds now allow for 11 adults to sleep comfortably in the condo. Netflix and free internet (password is located on the tv modem) is available during your stay. Everything is supplied including the linens..You just need your personal items and groceries. A ten minute walk or a bus ride takes you down to the village. A comfy lobby offers TV, books, and a lot of ski stories around the fireplace at happy hour. A wax room and coin laundry beside the lobby are available for your use. The Monashee Inn is one of the most comfortable and friendly complexes on the hill so I AM sure you will enjoy your ski holiday as much as we do when we are there. Coin washer and dryer in facility. Everything you need to cook family meals is here for your use and there is a large pantry for additional food storage. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs when permission is given by the property manager and with payment of a $100 pet fee. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Any smoking or not picking after up your pet will result in heavy fines. *Garage is not attached and will not fit 2 trucks. Very secure for bikes, snowmobiles or other toys. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley at $20/night through Big White Resort.

This 2 bedroom with a loft is located in the upper village and features 2 large bedrooms, each with private bath. The master bedroom has a King bed and single bed. The second bedroom has a King bed. It also has a loft with double hide-a-bed and a single bed that is well suited as a "third bedroom" or just a great place to watch TV or a movie. The living room feels very roomy with the high vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook all those great meals. All the bathrooms include heated slate floors. It also features private hot tub.

Condo has a great "cabin" feel with wood finishing, fireplace, and log furniture. It is situated in a family-friendly building. There is a sauna in the unit and the hot tub is just down the hall (not always available in off season). There are 2 TV's with satellite channels and many board games, etc for all ages. The balcony overlooks the Monashee Mountains and the Big White village. Fantastic skiing in the winter months and beautiful hiking/mountain biking in the summer months. The mountain is only a short 50 minute drive from Kelowna.

It's a short 5-minute walk to the village and a quick ski to the base of 3 chair lifts. Pets will be considered and the suite is well equipped for children - let us know your needs. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher. The master has a queen-sized bed, as does the new sofa bed in the living room. In the adjoining studio room, there is a bathroom and a bunk bed with room for two on the bottom and for one sleeper on top. This room has a stove and fridge which are not in use. The suite also has a separate entrance to the hallway or can be accessed directly from the main suite. Suite will be cleaned for Covid and there will be a minimum of 48 hours between renters. The laundry room is nearby on the same floor. There is no elevator in this building. <b>Parking is available 1-2 floors below and suite includes 2 parking passes for the covered parkade (first come basis). If you have more than 1 car, we ask that you unload all your goods and park down in longer-term parking at the base and then hitch a free ride on the shuttle to the condo. You won't need your car once you are on the mountain. There is a FREE shuttle to transport you around the mountain. It stops at the front of our building.
