The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and TV, the living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper couch. On request, we can provide an extra bed for larger families. In the living room you find a cozy gas fireplace and seating for 5. The building has a communal hot tub with a nice view. Parking is available outside with no assigned parking spot. This fabulous family condo overlooks the Monashee Mountains. It is right on the Hummingbird run only minutes away from the village center. It has two huge hot tubs, a games room and slopes to slide on just out the door to keeps the young and old well entertained. Plus watching all the skiers out the living room window is an outstanding experience in itself. Come and visit us and you will want to come back just like many of our other guests. The Monashee Inn is one of the most comfortable and friendly complexes on the hill so I AM sure you will enjoy your ski holiday as much as we do when we are there. Coin washer and dryer in facility. This includes e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs when permission is given by the property manager and with payment of a $100 pet fee. You must pick up your pet waste and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. Any smoking or not picking after up your pet will result in heavy fines. *Garage is not attached and will not fit 2 trucks. Very secure for bikes, snowmobiles or other toys. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley at $20/night through Big White Resort. In summer there is unlimited additional free parking in the visitor parking and along Big White road.

Only available for full season rental. This Studio unit had a Old West theme, with tile floors throughout the living room/kitchen and bathroom. The 'mini loft' is a hit with kids, as is the games room on the same floor of the building, with Foosball and air hockey. The hot tub room has ping pong and shuffle board. The ski locker and ski in/ski out is just outside the foyer door to the unit; just ten steps and you are on the snow! Children's board games are stored in the foyer closet, with children/teen/grownup's videos. Enjoy the Moguls building's conveniences: a laundry room with washer/dryer located on the sixth floor just down the hallway, and a 'games' room next to it, with Foosball and air hockey. After a thrilling day on the slopes, start those toes warming the minute you walk into the condo on the heated slate floors, if that doesn't catch your attention then maybe this will, how about putting your feet up in front of the floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace or better yet relaxing and watching the sun go down over the Monashees, while sitting in a new 6 person private hot tub on the walk out balcony. It's a short 5-minute walk to the village and a quick ski to the base of 3 chair lifts. Pets will be considered and the suite is well equipped for children - let us know your needs. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher. The master has a queen-sized bed, as does the new sofa bed in the living room. In the adjoining studio room, there is a bathroom and a bunk bed with room for two on the bottom and for one sleeper on top. This room has a stove and fridge which are not in use. The suite also has a separate entrance to the hallway or can be accessed directly from the main suite. Suite will be cleaned for Covid and there will be a minimum of 48 hours between renters. The laundry room is nearby on the same floor. There is no elevator in this building. <b>Parking is available 1-2 floors below and suite includes 2 parking passes for the covered parkade (first come basis). Please note there is a height restriction on the parade. It's not suitable for vehicles taller than 7'3". </b> 2 ski lockers are available on the main floor with direct access to Perfection ski run.

Turn left to access the Snow Ghost Express, Ridge Rocket Express, and the Plaza Chair. Walk 8 minutes to the village to collect your groceries and enjoy your Apres Ski. Enter into your safe, secure, heated garage, and ascend by private elevator to your condo. This is the only condo on that floor, and is accessible by a keypad lock. You will be given the access code prior to your arrival. When you’re ready to ski, walk just a few steps to the private ski in/out door, which provides easy, direct access to the multiple lifts as indicated above. No stairs or elevators. Enjoy the private hot tub with a view of Big White runs and skiers on one of two balconies at the condo. The second balcony is at the other end of the condo, facing the village and the Monashee mountains, with a seating area and gas barbecue for your dining pleasure. The modern, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with ample cookware, small appliances, dishes, spice rack, etc. Appliances are all stainless steel, and fridge includes an ice maker. The large dining area offers seating space for 8. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a gas fireplace, wine fridge and flatscreen TV. There are 3 other flatscreen TVs in the condo, in 3 of the bedrooms. All of which include multiple Telus/Big White channels. Enjoy unlimited high speed internet, the multiple DVDs, books, and board games available. Enjoy and stay warm with the heated floors in bathrooms and hallways. Washer and dryer are available for your use in the unit, laundry detergent also available. Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is stocked with dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Linens are included in your rental. Parking for one vehicle is available on site, plus additional visitor parking at Happy Valley Lodge (permit to be obtained at Central Mountain Check In). Constructed with large wooden beams, vertical logs and shed type roof in the main living/dining/kitchen area gives a warm and cosy atmosphere. While the unit is constantly being updated and the paint is kept fresh, November 2013 saw the kitchen and bathroom counters replaced with new quartz counters, under mount sinks, new faucets and a new french door fridge installed with a bottom freezer drawer and and built in ice maker. A new pillowtop queen mattress was replaced in the loft. There are 2 new comfortable chairs in the living room and a new 'high rise' efficiency toilet in the bathroom.. The kitchen is well equipped with new dishes, cutlery, pots, etc and the cupboards and fridge always have lots of staples. ( I go on the honor system - if you use items either replace them or leave something else. ) This system has worked well in the past. Unit 44522 is adjacent to this unit and could be rented as well and provides sleeping for 4 people more and about another 550 sq. Ft. There is a heavy locking inside door between the 2 units. Summer/Fall of 2011 resulted in all new exterior windows and doors for the entire building.

The Ponderosa is one of Big Whites best ski in ski out locations. From the front door, we use Easy Street to ski directly to the Village or one of four high-speed quad chairs. It takes three minutes to walk to the Village Center for all of Big White's shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our condo includes a spacious one-bedroom, a large living room with an electric fireplace, and a big-screen TV. For teens who want their own beds the sofa pulls out into a double bed and the Murphy bed folds down into a premier queen bed. We include a DVD player, Netflix, movies, cable, and free WiFi. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining room and includes everything you need to provide great family meals with dining for 6. Condo has a great "cabin" feel with wood finishing, fireplace, and log furniture. It is situated in a family-friendly building. There is a sauna in the unit and the hot tub is just down the hall (not always available in off season). There are 2 TV's with satellite channels and many board games, etc for all ages. The balcony overlooks the Monashee Mountains and the Big White village. Fantastic skiing in the winter months and beautiful hiking/mountain biking in the summer months. The mountain is only a short 50 minute drive from Kelowna.

We have been using the condo ourselves for several snow seasons now and therefore has had limited rentals, we are now on the market for letting and are sure you will find the condo in excellent condition and a five star rental. The unit sleeps 7 rather than 9 so it is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs; plenty of glasses, crockery, cookware and utensils. We have everything you need to make your family vacation comfortable and memorable. Our kitchen is sparkling clean and our dining table has plenty of room to share meals and games together. Cable and Wifi are provided and we will have a manual located in the condo with information at your fingertips about the condo, house rules, and Big White. Your host is a stay at home mom to 2 toddlers, pilot's wife, and former flight attendant. I love to travel anywhere hot, especially Hawaii, but I love to ski equally as much, especially at Big White. I love hot yoga and running (working on my 3rd half marathon training) and wine (oh so much) and hope to start reading again when my kids don't have me running in circles. I live in Calgary but we spend a lot of time in Kelowna with family and friends year round, as well as our place in Big White, which we own with another family. We love watching our kids learn to ski and make lifetime memories at the hill. We LOVE Big White and hope you enjoy our home at the hill as much as we do.

The theatre room is what stands out in this unit. The projector is 120 inches and the sound system is fantastic. There are 8 theatre style chairs that lean back. This condo is one of the top luxurious units on the mountain and this unit was built specifically by the builder for himself and it shows. Located on Hummingbird, one of the main green runs, you have access to the Ridge Rocket Chair and from there access to the entire mountain. Very short walk through the tunnel to the Village Centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The thing we love is the location. Park your car in the undercover garage space and leave it there. No cars, no shuttles required. Out the room collect skis from the locker room and then we are out there and ready to go. Coming home for lunch is a breeze. Ski through the tunnel, park the skis at the stand, one flight up and you are home. And the View!!! I love watching people from the living room bay window. I love watching my son and his ski school class go off for there first run of the day and I love watching the people take the little jump at the base of our building and nail it - or sometimes not. The Convenience our own Washer/Dryer in the unit is going to be great -We haven't used it yet - it has only just finished being installed. No carting dirty clothes, No waiting for washing machines then having to wait for the dryer, no searching for change. Convenience!! The Eagles is a great place to stay. The heated swimming pool is fantastic after a big day skiing and it is great place to meet people. The building is also very family friendly with a pool table and table tennis table.
