    This is a cute 1-BR cabin with a loft. It's located in the Roosevelt National Forest behind a locked gate. There is 11-acres associated with the lot but you can walk off into the National Forest for hiking and exploring. Peace and quiet abounds as to the area is limited only to the few property owners with gate keys. The cabin is cute as a button with updated flooring, windows, window coverings, kitchen and bath cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The exterior has a complete walk-around covered deck to enjoy the mountains and wildlife views. Elk, moose, and deer are common visitors to the property. For the hunter the cabin is located in GMU 19. The cabin has expansive views of the meadow and surrounding mountain range. There is a small pond on the property. The cabin is located approx. 1 mile from the S. Fork of the Poudre River and 8 miles from the main Poudre River.
