The historic town of Breckenridge is nestled in beautiful Southern Colorado. The town plays host to the famous Breckenridge Ski Resort which features 30 lifts, 155 ski trails and a stunning 2358 acres of winter playground complete with varying degrees of difficulty and five freestyle terrain parks. It also features a wide range of accommodations to meet any traveler’s needs.

Since 1994 Owner Direct Vacation Rentals has offered accommodations at Breckenridge including vacation rental, chalet rentals, condo rentals, and villa rentals. The resort has a variety of lodging featuring luxury mountain views.

The base elevation is 9,600 feet with a high alpine climate with daytime temperatures averaging -5ºc in the winter and 20ºc in the summer. But there’s more to this resort than just a beautiful chalet rental.

During the snowy months visitors can also explore the Country Boy Mine or take a tour of the mountain trails on a dogsled. In the summer the town hosts a variety of Rocky Mountain festivals and boasts the country’s only 27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed municipal course. This spacious and freshly updated condo is sunny, perfectly located, and just downright cool. The views are amazing — you’re right above Maggie Pond and there’s great views of the slopes. You’ll love the patio overlooking Maggie Pond — perfect for an afternoon beverage and exchanging stories about your on-slope heroics. Or, curl up by the wood fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a large flatscreen TV for catching a movie or the early morning snow report. The vibe inside is like your dream cabin with new high-end furniture, decorations and appointments. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, as well as room for four more at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter, a sports shop with equipment rental and storage, and a concierge/activities desk.
