The historic town of Breckenridge is nestled in beautiful Southern Colorado. The town plays host to the famous Breckenridge Ski Resort which features 30 lifts, 155 ski trails and a stunning 2358 acres of winter playground complete with varying degrees of difficulty and five freestyle terrain parks. It also features a wide range of accommodations to meet any traveler’s needs.

Since 1994 Owner Direct Vacation Rentals has offered accommodations at Breckenridge including vacation rental, chalet rentals, condo rentals, and villa rentals. The resort has a variety of lodging featuring luxury mountain views.

The base elevation is 9,600 feet with a high alpine climate with daytime temperatures averaging -5ºc in the winter and 20ºc in the summer. But there’s more to this resort than just a beautiful chalet rental.

During the snowy months visitors can also explore the Country Boy Mine or take a tour of the mountain trails on a dogsled. In the summer the town hosts a variety of Rocky Mountain festivals and boasts the country’s only 27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed municipal course.
