The base elevation is 9,600 feet with a high alpine climate with daytime temperatures averaging -5ºc in the winter and 20ºc in the summer. But there’s more to this resort than just a beautiful chalet rental.

During the snowy months visitors can also explore the Country Boy Mine or take a tour of the mountain trails on a dogsled. In the summer the town hosts a variety of Rocky Mountain festivals and boasts the country’s only 27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed municipal course. For the adventure seekers there are a variety of options including the white water kayak park, Superslide, chairlift rides, Superputt, Mountain Biking and much more.
