This home is owned and managed by us, the owners. Meticulously cleaned and maintained. The house is not a fancy luxury home, it provides a wonderful place to come to after skiing to prepare meals and enjoy QUIET. We are in a privately held township that is guarded by our own marshal....There is no monkey business under his watch. All roads in the township are cleared by private contract as well as the parking area for the house. In normal years we receive lavish snow accumulations.... It is beautiful in our woodland setting on 1 acre...Snow and trees everywhere. This home is not an investment rental we rent to defer the extraordinary costs of heat, tax, and snow removal. We keep this house mostly for ourselves and our daughter's families to use.
