On this main level, you also have a den with a pullout couch. This den has beautiful double doors so is very private for any guests that would like to use it as a bedroom. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, the laundry room, and the hot tub. The Master Bedroom has a huge master ensuite with a soaker tub and shower. The Inner Harbour, Seattle and Port Angeles ferry terminals are a 15 minute walk; and it’s perhaps 25 minutes on foot to the downtown core. You’re likely to pass horse drawn carriages as they make their way through the leafy neighbourhood on the way to downtown.There is residential street parking, and conveniently close bus service. ***** We received an almost immediate confirmation from the owner which made our planning much easier. The cottage was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, well equipped and so quaint. We very much appreciated the thoughtful touches of fresh strawberries left for us directly from the owner's garden. Very close to the ocean and downtown and quiet with a great atmosphere and the local surroundings are idyllic. The host Pat has lots of knowledge of Victoria and supplied brochures, maps and she even clipped out info for things my daughter would have interest in. The cottage is an ideal base to explore further surroundings in Victoria and abroad the island. We love that we can walk on the breakwater and watch the cruise ships dock, which are both a half block away. It is a nice walk to the Fisherman's Wharf and the Inner Harbour.
