The house is a newer house and pretty clean when we first come in. It has 4 bedroom (two on the main floor and two on the upstairs). Although it is not a huge house, but we found it has a lot of space with 9 people around. The house is located in a small, gated community, which makes us feel pretty safe. My neighbors are pretty quite, no loud music, we all can have a good sleep. Although this house is not water front property, but it only took 2 to 3 minutes to the beach.
