Enjoy all the amenities of a hotel with the privacy of an apartment. Our property is located in a beach condo, it has a private beach with amenities. The apartment has a living room with sea view, you can enjoy sunsets in our nice terrace while drinking a "piña colada". The main bedroom has also sea view and in suite bathroom. The other bedroom has capacity for 4 people. There is another complete bathroom. There are closets in each bedroom and in aisle. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 /8 people. It has an electric stove (no oven), microwave, blender, toaster, large refrigerator with freezer. There is also a separate laundry area. Towels and sheets are provided. Each room has a separate air conditioning unit with remote control, so you can control temperature in each room. There is a snack bar, heated outdoor swimming pool, kiddies pool and a playroom with treadmills and TV. The apartment has a telephone line which allows free calls to worldwide and has high speed WIFI internet. There is also WIFI in public areas. The apartment has satellite TV. There is maid service daily cleaning the apartment and you can arrange with the maid that she prepares to you meals (this has to be arranged directly with maid and may have a supplement charge). Beach towels provided daily. The location is superb, at 10 minutes from International Airport of Acapulco, 5 minutes from the Diamante bus station, and 5 minutes from highway "autopista del sol". There are supermarkets, movie theatres, shops, restaurants in a very short distance (no more tan 5 minutes driving). Local taxi stop at the main entrance of the condo. The famous mal "La Isla" and the exhibitions centre "Mundo Imperial" are also only at 5 minutes. Acapulco Diamante is the luxury área of Acapulco, with the best restaurants, resorts and golf courses in the nearby. A very safe and nice to walk area. Many beach activities like windsurfing, horse riding, massages, are offered in the beach. Pets are not allowed. Kids are welcome. I am the owner of this apartment and take care personally of all my guests. I make all efforts in order to make their stay in our home in Acapulco an unforgettable experience. This beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom home in located on a beautiful sandy beach in Mazatlan, Mexico. Emerald Bay is at the north end of Mazatlan, and is an area of high end homes and full time residents. The beach is quiet and private, yet the property is close to town, a 5 minute drive to restaurants and amenities. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, as well as a private balcony. The home is fully outfitted with linens, towels, and a fully operational kitchen. Each bedroom is located on the ocean side of the home, one bedroom with a king size bed, one queen size, and two bunk beds (4 singles) in addition, the childrens room contains a pull out couch. The top floor of the villa contains a large sunbathing/bar area, and the main floor also contains a large deck with stairs to the beach. The Emerald Bay area is known for its fishing and the sunsets are amazing. This residence is child and pet friendly and is the perfect get away for a family vacation. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

New luxury beachfront condo on the 5th floor. This unit has beautiful brand-new furnishings and contents - everything was imported from the USA. We set it up as a fully-functional second home with many of the same comforts and amenities of our home in California, NOT as a typical rental condo with cheap furnishings and throw-away basics. Most of the kitchen items were purchased from Macy's of CA and Sur la Table gourmet store in San Francisco, CA. Our unit has a Vitamix Blender, garbage disposal, KitchenAid toaster oven, Haier microwave, a high-end water filter with a separate tap on the sink top for drinking water. There are wall-mounted hairdryers in each bathroom. Both the washer and dryer have steam-cleaning options for dry-clean only items; steam-cleaning is perfect for freshening up fabrics to rid them of the smell of humidity. The neighborhood: We are located in Old Town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. Basilio Badillo is the most popular street in town. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting Around: Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. Unique Benefits: We have collaborated with a local artist, Misael. Our building features 5 unique gigantic murals and multiple pieces of canvas art. All of the canvas art is for sale from Misael. If you love a piece of art but would rather buy a print, we can make that happen. We are the ONLY boutique hotel in PV to have done this. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.
